स्वर | Svara - The Golf Abode

The objective was to build a house with Zen-inspired characteristics. A contemporary Japanese style home with teakwood elements and organic accents. The home’s numerous and sizable windows provide a link between the interior and the exterior, with the flora and fauna of the surroundings bringing in a sense of peace and calm. To retain the integrity and essence of the space, the design language is a minimalistic one. The focus was to use materials and finishes that resonate with the soul and scale of the home. Our belief is that the best projects require a close collaboration between the client, the design studio and the execution team to be successful.

To emphasise the luxury of this space, we chose to enhance it through  vast volumes,and keep it  "Minimal in character." Very little civil modifications were made. Making use of the existing shell and using the builder's materials as much as possible without committing any criminal waste was a very deliberate choice. To give the house a more coherent appearance, numerous surface-level treatments were implemented.
